Lunch: L- office lunch

M- sandwich/ chips

Dinner: Trader Joe’s frozen orange chicken and fried rice

Wednesday:

Breakfast: banana muffins or oatmeal and grapefruit

Lunch: office lunch for L, sandwich and chips for M

Dinner: leftover Orange Chicken with rice

Thursday:

Breakfast: oatmeal or muffins and grapefruit

Lunch: L office lunch, M office lunch

Dinner: Carne asada tacos from freezer

Friday:

Breakfast: oatmeal or muffins and grapefruit

Lunch: Leftover carne asada

Dinner: Leftovers, frozen pizza, or frozen indian food meal from TJs

Saturday:

Breakfast: pancakes and bacon

Lunch: Sandwiches/ leftovers

Dinner: Leftovers or frozen pizza

Meal prep for following week: crockpot Italian chicken pasta (freeze half), Pioneer Womans ranch style chicken (double recipe and freeze), roast sweet potato and green beans.
